HealNow

HealNow Inc. is a technology company that offers an online platform to help pharmacies manage patient communications and billing. The company was founded in New York City in 2018 by Halston Prox and Joshua Smith, who had met at the University of Texas in Austin.

The company secured a $100,000 seed investment from the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator in January 2018. In 2020 the Alabama Futures Fund joined with the SoftBank Opportunity Fund to provide a $1.3 million venture capital investment as part of an agreement with the company to relocate its US headquarters offices to Birmingham.
