Highland Riviera Apartments is a 56-unit apartment complex located at 1201–1217 33rd Street South at Highland Avenue, behind the Highland Park Golf Course.

An affiliate of J. H. Berry & Gilbert sold the property to Bret Connor and Will Byars of Coosa Investments and H2 Real Estate in October 2020 for $3.36 million.
