The Highland View office building is a 14,162-square-foot, two-story office building located at 2545 Highland Avenue, at the intersection with Niazuma Avenue.
The modern-style red brick building features a continuous strip of tinted windows on the upper floor, which extends over the front of the ground floor to create a shaded entry supported on oblique walls.
The property was sold to Sherwood Forest Partners in 2017 for $2.1 million.
