The Homewood Office Plaza is a 2-story, 18,000 square-foot office building located at 3415 Independence Drive in Homewood. It was built in 1998 as the headquarters offices of the Capstone Building Corporation.
Dermatologist Corey Hartman purchased the building for $3.62 million in 2019 for his Skin Wellness Dermatology practice.
