Hooper Creek Apartments was a 2-story apartment complex at 4301 4th Avenue South in Birmingham's Forest Park-South Avondale neighborhood. The complex was constructed in 1950 and consisted of six buildings, each housing four two-bedroom units. All twenty-four units were served by central heating and air-conditioning and provided with individual utility meters.

By 2012 the complex was vacant and damaged, with some units burned, doors broken out and sections of the roof caved in. A second fire gutted eight more units on October 21, 2013. The property was eventually declared a public nuisance by the Birmingham City Council on [[December 2016 and the derelict remains of the remaining buildings were demolished and removed by the Tomlin Excavating Company in January 2017.
