Hoover Alt MD was a medical clinic located in the South Shades Crest Station shopping center at 3421 South Shades Crest Road, near John Hawkins Parkway in Hoover. The practice was led by Dr Elizabeth Korcz.

In addition to traditional patient care, the clinic claimed to offer natural medicine, acupuncture, biofeedback, hypnosis, bioidentical hormone balancing, sensory stimulation and breast thermography, counseling, prayer, relaxation therapy, natural and medicated weight loss treatments, fitness advice, pain management, suboxone addiction recovery services, Botox, facials, chemical peels and blemish removal.

The clinic was raided by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration in August 2017. Korcz and her husband, Matthew, who worked as the practice's office manager, were charged with health care fraud, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud, and maintaining a drug-involved premises. The Korczes plead guilty to the charges on December 16, 2020 and agreed to forfeit $46,181.79.
