Hyatt Place Hotel is a limited-service hotel brand operated by Hyatt Hotels. It was launched in 2006 as a rebranding of the "AmeriSuites" chain which Hyatt had acquired in late 2004.

Aimed at business travelers, the chain features oversized beds and sleeper sofas in each guest room, along with 42" flat-panel HDTVs with customized programming and connections for personal computers and media devices. The hotels have wireless internet throughout.

As of 2023 only one Hyatt Place property operates in the Birmingham area.
