Hyatt Place Hotel is a limited-service hotel brand operated by Hyatt Hotels. It was launched in 2006 as a rebranding of the "AmeriSuites" chain which Hyatt had acquired in late 2004.
Aimed at business travelers, the chain features oversized beds and sleeper sofas in each guest room, along with 42" flat-panel HDTVs with customized programming and connections for personal computers and media devices. The hotels have wireless internet throughout.
As of 2023 only one Hyatt Place property operates in the Birmingham area.

- Hyatt Place Birmingham - Hoover at 2980 John Hawkins Parkway in Hoover. Remodeled in 2022.
Former
- Hyatt Place Birmingham/Downtown at 2024 4th Avenue South in Southside. Opened in spring 2009 and was converted to SpringHill Suites by Marriott Birmingham Downtown-UAB in October 2011.
- Hyatt Place Birmingham-Inverness at 4686 U.S. Highway 280 in Inverness. Closed in 2022 and reopened as Candlewood Suites Birmingham - Inverness.
