Ila Faye Miller (born in Roanoke, Randolph County) is a former educator and co-founder of Studio by the Tracks.
Miller graduated from the University of Alabama and moved to Birmingham after marrying in 1965. She taught in public schools for two years before leaving to raise her children at home. She returned to classes at UAB and earned a master's in education. She was vocational director of the Glenwood's Allan Cott School for Autism in the 1980s, and co-founder, with Maralyn Wilson, of Studio by the Tracks in Irondale in 1989.
Miller retired as director of the gallery in 2015 and was succeeded by Suzanne Boozer.
