Interstellar Ginger Beer and Exploration Co. was a microbrewery and tap room located at 260 Regency Park Drive, off Shelby County Road 87 in Alabaster.

The business, which specialized in brewing ginger beers, was founded on September 9, 2017 by microbiologist Shane Kelly and entrepreneur Daniel Sims. It was the first brewery to open in Shelby County after the early 21st century laws that made them legal. The company closed on January 28, 2023.
