The primary tenant Inverness Dental Associates entered into a sale-leaseback arrangement with Stage Equity Partners of Chicago, Illinois in 2019. Stage Equity paid $6.48 million for the property, then sold it in March 2021 to an LLC affiliated with Robert P. Selkin of Waxhaw, North Carolina for $7.1 million.
