Jeff Rowser

Jeffrey Rowser Jr (born in Birmingham) is a U.S. Postal Service carrier, radio host, and a candidate for Birmingham City Council District 7 in the 2017 Birmingham municipal election.

Rowser grew up in Powderly and graduated from Wenonah High School in 2001 and enrolled at Jacksonville State University. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 2002 and left the service in 2008. After that he was a salesman at Brannon Honda, and began working for the Postal Service in 2012. He founded the "Bham Tea Show" Facebook group, which has more than 47,000 members. As "Mr Bham Tea" Rowser also hosts a "Bham Tea Show" program on 99.9 The Plug.

As a candidate for City Council, Rowser intends to improve communication with residents and plans to attract grocery stores to District 7.
