The Jefferson Avenue Viaduct or Jefferson Avenue Viaduct is a bridge in Powderly, carrying traffic on Jefferson Avenue Southwest over the Southern Railway. The $1,120,000 project was approved in 1963, funded from a $6 million bond issue for grade separations and sanitary sewers. One third of the cost was contributed by the federal Accelerated Public Works Program, with additional support from the Alabama State Highway Department.

Work started in 1964. The viaduct features interchange-like access roads to ensure full access to 24th Street Southwest below, which also crosses the railroad.
