Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens (sometimes referred to as Jefferson Memorial Gardens East) is a funeral home and cemetery at 1591 Gadsden Highway in Trussville.

Jefferson Memorial was established in 1949. The current 10,000 square-foot funeral home on Gadsden Highway was built in 1985 and includes a 340-seat sanctuary, two parlors, and two large lobby areas. The cemetery is on 100 acres and features a Veteran's section for military veterans and their spouses; a Masonic section; Babyland; and the Old Rugged Cross section, where each year an Easter Sunrise service is held.

The funeral home and cemetery were operated by James Seal in affiliation with the Journey Group of Metairie, Louisiana. In December 2020 the funeral home and cemetery property were acquired by Legacy Funeral Group of Houston, Texas for $2.465 million.

On March 25, 2021, the funeral home building was damaged by a tornado, which also downed several old-growth trees in the cemetery.
