Joe Lee

Joe Lee is the owner of Lee's Buildings and Sheet Metal and the mayor of Moody.

Lee graduated from Leeds High School and has been self-employed for most of his life. He moved to Moody in 1979 started his building and sheet metal business there in 1982, becoming a charter member of the Moody Chamber of Commerce.

He was elected to the Moody City Council in 1992 and was re-elected twice, becoming Mayor Pro-Tem by the council's appointment in 1997. He was elected mayor in 2004 after the resignation of Bill Morris.
