John Zimmerman IV Bridge

The John Zimmeran IV Bridge spans Shades Creek and the Shades Creek Greenway, providing access between Samford University/Lakeshore Drive and Homewood High School/University Park. It makes up the majority of University Park East, which is a road dividing the Univerity Park development from the high school. The bridge was completed in 1997 and named for professional figure skater John Zimmerman IV.
