Johnny's Restaurant is a meat-and-three lunch restaurant at 2902 18th Street South on The Curve in Homewood.
Chef and owner Tim Hontzas opened the restaurant on September 13, 2012. It is named after Hontzas' grandfather's restaurant of the same name that was a staple in Jackson, Mississippi.
The restaurant was announced as a semi-finalist for "Outstanding Hospitality", and Hontzas as a semi-finalist for "Best Chef: South" by the James Beard Foundation in 2022. Hontzas was announced as a finalist for the same award again in 2023, but later disqualified by the Foundation after a report that he had verbally berated staff and patrons.
