Jubilee Joe's Cajun Seafood Restaurant is a casual seafood restaurant located at 5190 Medford Drive in Hoover

The business, founded by Joe Steiner and Kashif Siddiqui, was an outgrowth of a student project at UAB. It opened at 2341 John Hawkins Parkway in Hoover as a combination restaurant and seafood market on April 20, 2005 and later shed the market to expand the dining room. Steiner left in 2006 and Siddiqui subsequently pushed the menu toward Cajun seafood specialties.

In 2007 Siddiqui began celebrating the restaurant's anniversary with a crawfish boil featuring live music.

In January 2013 Siddiqui was charged with marijuana possession in Shelby County Circuit Court but not indicted by a grand jury. On October 30, 2013 Siddiqui was indicted on federal charges relating to marijuana distribution. He pleaded guilty in March 2014 and was sentenced to 28 months in prison.

In 2019 Jubilee Joe's announced plans to move to a larger anchor space in the Shoppes at Hwy 150 Crossings. The new location includes a 60-gallon kettle for crawfish boils, an 800 square-foot patio, and room for bus parking.
