Kate Merritt Davis (born c. 1978) is an artist, known for her often colorful, expressionistic process-driven abstract paintings on wood panels. She also produces collages.

Davis, who lives in Irondale, earned her bachelor of fine arts at the University of Montevallo in 2000. She has participated in the Magic City Art Connection juried show as well as at ArtWalk, Art in Avondale Park and several other festivals. Her works have been exhibited at iiis, Four Corners Gallery, the Levite Jewish Community Center and Space One Eleven. She also frequently contributes work to charitable benefits such as Art from the Heart benefitting Studio by the Tracks and the Green Tie Affair benefitting the Alabama Environmental Council. In January 2010 she curated a group show at Lite Box Gallery.
