The Keep Birmingham Beautiful Commission (KBBC, originally the Birmingham Beautification Board or BBB) is the Birmingham affiliate of the national "Keep America Beautiful" organization. The 18 to 24-member commission oversees a divisional operation of the Birmingham Department of Public Works charged with public education, environmental awareness and community improvement. The commission's address is 721 Avenue W. Brenda Dent-Russell is the Commission's senior administrative coordinator.

The original Beautification Board was formed by Commissioner of Public Improvements J. T. Waggoner, Sr in the 1950s. The group was responsible for coordinating efforts to beautify 20th Street North as "Birmingham Green" and became known for its highly-visible "Beatification Awards" mounted on poles throughout the city. It adopted its current name in 1989.

The Commission is funded primarily through grants and donations from local and national sponsors. It organizes and supplies neighborhood clean-up projects, sponsors the city's curbside recycling program, and organizes a number of community events, including plant digs at the New Georgia Landfill, clean-up contests at Birmingham City Schools, electronics recycling days, and lawn beautification awards.
