Kingsridge on Highland is a 7-story concrete condominium building located at 2625 Highland Avenue, opposite 27th Street South.
The brutalist-style building was constructed in 1979 adjacent to the Park Tower Apartments and held a "grand opening" on October 12 of that year.
The original sale offering was for six 1- or 2-bedroom floor plans priced from $35,900 to $56,900. Johnson-Rast & Hays offered loan terms with 5% down, no closing costs, and 11% interest. The building featured indoor parking.
