The Lake Crest Center is a two-story, 23,385 square-foot office building located at 2321 John Hawkins Parkway, near the Lake Crest Plaza shopping center and the UAB Medical West Freestanding Emergency Department in Hoover. It was built in 1999 and has a 120-space parking lot.
Red Rock Realty Group purchased the building in March 2022 for $2.1 million and spent another $1 million on renovations.
