Lakeview Green is a residential and retail mixed-use development planned for the former W. C. Davis School site on Block 439, between 29th and 30th Streets and 4th and 5th Avenue South in Lakeview.

The project, developed by KRE Ventures and designed by CCR Architecture & Interiors, includes 30 condominium units for sale, 73 apartments for rent, and about 38,000 square feet of retail space. It also includes a strip of publicly-accessible "green space" running alongside the retail fronts, as well as outdoor seating areas furnished with fire pits and koi ponds for use by residents.

Demolition of the former school building was completed in early 2018. Construction of the project depended in part on a $1.5 million economic development loan from the City of Birmingham which was approved by a Birmingham City Council committee that April. In November 2019 the developers secured separate funding through the federal Opportunity Zone program and repaid that loan from the city.

Stewart Perry Co. resumed construction of Lakeview Green in early 2020.
