Landing, incorporated as Caliza Inc., is a membership-based apartment leasing service specializing in short-term rentals of furnished units for traveling professionals. The company was founded in 2019 by Bill Smith, who had previously founded Shipt.

Landing had been headquartered in San Francisco, California. In June 2021 it announced that it would relocate to the John Hand Building in Birmingham. In support of the planned move, the company was approved for tax and job training incentives from the State of Alabama, Jefferson County, and the City of Birmingham. All but a fraction of those incentives were withheld or returned as the company chose to "pivot to a more distributed, field-based service model."

In August 2022 Landing secured $125 million in capital investment funds. Around 110 employees were laid off in the following months as part of a company-wide reorganization plan. Another round of lay-offs was announced in December.

In March 2024 Landing acquired Barsala of Seattle, Washington for $30 million. Its founder and CEO Michael Monu remained as president of the Barsala division.
