Leah Davis (born c. 1998 in Tupelo, Mississippi) is the director of development for the Red Mountain Park Foundation, which supports the operation of Red Mountain Park.

Davis is the daughter of Willie and Carolyn Davis, leaders at Cross Pointe Ministries in Tupelo, and later co-pastors of the Church of Refuge and Restoration in Okolona. She graduated from Tupelo High School in 2016 and attended the University of Mississippi, where she was director of inclusion and cross-cultural engagement for the Associated Student Body. She was also involved in activism which led the school to relocate a 1906 Confederate statue from a prominent location near the administration building to a more secluded on-campus Confederate cemetery in 2020.

After graduating, Davis took a job as a relationship manager for the United Way of Central Alabama's J. Mason Davis Leadership Society, named for attorney J. Mason Davis. She moved to her current role at Red Mountain Park in early 2022.
