Legacy at Montevallo

Legacy at Montevallo is a planned townhouse development for 4424–4446 Montevallo Road in Birmingham's Crestline neighborhood. The proposal by KADCO Homes includes 23 townhomes, each of at least 2,000 square feet, with individual 2-car garages.
The project site includes the original McElwain Baptist Church and education building. The Birmingham City Council approved rezoning for the project in June 2021.
