This is a List of Birmingham homicides in 1925. It includes homicide cases occurring within the city limits during the calendar year. Note that not all homicides are ultimately ruled to be murder in courts of law.

According to Kenneth Barnhart's survey of Jefferson County Board of Health statistics, Birmingham had 112 homicides in 1925, a rate of 50.7 per 100,000 population. Of those, 20 victims were white (14.8 per 100,000) and 92 were Black (107.5 per 100,000).

  • May 10: Louise Garlington was murdered at 708 West 20th Street. Her husband, Berry Garlington, was arrested and charged with murder. (report)
