Little Big Town is an award-winning country vocal group founded in 1998 in Homewood by Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet, and Jimi Westbrook. The group predominantly performs four-part harmony, and features all four members on lead vocals.

The group initially signed with Mercury Nashville Records, but switched to Monument Records before releasing their debut self-titled album in 2002. From 2005 to 2008 Little Big Town was signed to Clint Black's Equity Music Group. After its closure, they joined the Capitol Nashville roster.

Little Big Town has completed several tours as headliners, and also co-headlined the Bandwagon Tour with Miranda Lambert. The group was presented with a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Original Song for "Good Afternoon" in 2013. The song "Pontoon" was named Best Country Duo/Group Performance at the 55th Grammy Awards in February of that year. "Girl Crush" and "Better Man" won the same award in 2016 and 2018 respectively. Little Big Town was named Favorite Country Group at the People's Choice Awards in 2017.
