Live Oaks Clinic (originally called the Christ Health Behavioral Health Center) is a freestanding expansion of Christ Health Center's Woodlawn medical clinic which provides additional examination rooms along with case management and training areas, with a focus on mental health treatment as part of a holistic approach to patient care. It opened in March 2019 at 5804 1st Avenue South.

Christ Health Center is a mission outreach of the Church of the Highlands housed since 2009 in the former Eastern Health Center at 5720 1st Avenue South. Its executive director is Robert Record. The new 6,300 square-foot building was designed by Birchfield Penuel & Associates and constructed by Bradford Building Company for $2.8 million.

The Live Oaks Clinic facility includes 10 examination rooms, counseling rooms, nurses' stations, and separate waiting areas for adults and children. The building also houses a full-service pharmacy. The name of the center, a reference to Isaiah, chapter 61, was announced when the facility was dedicated in May.
