Lofts on 15th

Lofts on 15th is an 11-unit apartment complex at the corner of 15th Street and 13th Avenue South, near Phelan Park. The $1.8 million project was developed by WSR1 LLC, a partnership which includes architect Chris Reebles who designed the 4-story building. Stico Construction built the U-shaped building, which is clad in bricks reclaimed from the demolition of a cotton mill in Mobile. The apartments were completed in 2016.
