Logan Farms Honey Glazed Hams & Market Cafe is a Houston, Texas-based chain of specialty foods stores and sandwich shops which once had three locations in the Birmingham area.
Two of the franchises were owned and operated by J. F. Wise, who opened his first location in 1997. He later expanded to two stores, earning recognition from the Birmingham Business Journal as one of the area's fastest-growing companies in 2007 .
Despite high seasonal sales volume, the stores struggled to find a year-round lunch crowd. A separately-owned Mountain Brook Village location was the first to close, followed by Wise's Shops of the Colonnade location after Christmas 2007 and his Pelham location in March 2008.
