M-Tre (MMM or Making Money Mafia) is a teenage street gang operating in Bessemer and known for breaking into cars, and occasionally shooting when confronted. The group also characterizes themselves as aspiring rappers.

Alleged members of the group have been charged in connection with vehicle break-ins, auto thefts, and the murder of Mike Gilotti in Hoover's Lake Cyrus neighborhood. Some of those include Ahmad Jaquan Johnson, De'Ron Lucas, Darrian Bryant and Charleston Everett Wells. Wells, who was alleged to have shot Gilotti, was acquitted at trial but convicted of 9 counts of breaking and entering vehicles. Johnson was acquitted of murder but convicted for receiving stolen property and on an earlier charge of reckless endangerment. The murder charges against Bryant and Lucas were also dismissed.
