Madelyn Rogers Poole (born 1922 - died August 22, 2007) was the pianist and music director for Town and Gown Theatre from 1957 to 1982 and was a member and officer of the Birminigham Music Club from 1963 to 1993.

Poole attended Athens College, and graduated from Birmingham-Southern College and the Birmingham Conservatory of Music. She was married to composer and arranger George Poole, and the couple kept dual Steinway grand pianos in their Southside home, which hosted innumerable cast parties. After George's death, she moved to the Park Tower Condominiums.

In August 2007 Poole succumbed to cancer after seven years of illness. A plaque dedicated to her memory hangs in the Virginia Samford Theatre behind a bust of her long-time director and some-time adversary James Hatcher.

Poole was a member of the Palisades Church of Christ. She was survived by a daughter, Janice, two siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
