Madison at Shoal Run

Madison at Shoal Run is a 276-unit garden-style apartment complex located along Shoal Run Trail off Cahaba Valley Road between U.S. Highway 280 and Doug Baker Boulevard in Inverness. The complex features 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with outdoor patios. The complex includes a swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts and a stocked fishing pond.

In December 2008 the property was sold by Colonial Properties Trust to LVR Real Estate Partners of Tampa, Florida for $16.3 million. LVR partnered with Engel Real Estate, which will manage the property and oversee planned renovations.
