Marion Bradford

Marion Larrimore Bradford (born September 23, 1929; died July 15, 2006 in Vestavia Hills) was an architect and former member of the Alabama House of Representatives.

Bradford was the son of Dock and Sybil Bradford of Clarke County. He graduated from Auburn University and practiced in Alabama and Florida between 1965 and 1989. He also served in the Army and was elected to the state legislature as a representative of Clarke County in 1954. He had two children with his first wife, the former Margaret Miles. He divorced and later remarried Rebecca Billingsly.

Bradford was the designer of the renovations to Vulcan Park in 1968-71 and of the remodeling of the Coosa County Courthouse in Rockford. He resided in Vestavia Hills and attended Dawson Memorial Baptist Church.
