Mayor's Office of Citizens Assistance

Mayor's Office of Citizens Assistance (MOCA) is currently headed by Don Lupo. The office acts as a liason between the Mayor of Birmingham and its citizens. Lupo has been director since Bernard Kincaid took office.

Frank Matthews was added as co-director in November 2007 by incoming mayor Larry Langford, and was fired in December 2009 by acting mayor Roderick Royal.
