Meadow Brook 1200

Meadow Brook 1200 is a 128,142 square-foot, 5-story office building at 1200 Corporate Parkway in the Meadow Brook Corporate Park, on the banks of one of the office park's artificial lakes.

The building was built in 1988 for the Daniel Corporation. Since 2018 it has been owned by Steven D. Martin of Atlanta, Georgia. The building is leased and managed by Colliers International. Martin carried out renovations to the property which included updated mechanical systems, elevators, signage, indoor and outdoor common areas, and paintings by Meredith Keith in the lobby.
