Michael Carpri

Michael Carpri (born c. 1970) is the owner of Lou's Pub and the adjacent Mia Luna restaurant on 29th Street South in Lakeview.

Carpri began his career cooking at O.T.'s and Zydeco in the early 1990s. He bought Lou's after founder Lou Zaden died in 2008 and purchased the restaurant next door from Bobby Lorino in 2014.
