Morris Avenue Management Group

Morris Avenue Management Group was a division of Superior Bancorp. It was created in 1998 as a division of The Bank. It managed tennant space in the John A. Hand Building, located on the southeast corner of the 20th Street and 1st Avenue North intersection, and the Taylor Building and the adjacent parking deck at 1st Avenue and Morris Avenue. Superior Bank, The Bank's successor, closed MAMG on December 31, 2009 in favor of outsourcing the property's management.
