Mountainside

Mountainside is a 196-unit apartment complex located at 101 Penthouse Drive in Glen Iris. The property lies on the northern slope of Red Mountain above Green Springs Avenue in Glen Iris and below the western end of Vulcan Trail.

The complex was constructed in 1970.

In 2015 almost half the units in the complex were renovated. Late that year the property was sold to Colorado-based Residential Ventures for just over $10 million.
