The New Hillman Building is a 6-story building connecting to the south side of Hillman Hospital.

It and the similarly-designed Hillman Hospital School of Nursing Residence facing 7th Avenue South were constructed in 1927 and dedicated together on January 15, 1928.

In 1945 the building, as part of the larger Jefferson-Hillman Hospital complex, was turned over to the Medical College of Alabama, and are now part of the UAB Medical Center.
