The O'Neal Steel corporate headquarters (formerly the Newton DeBardeleben Operations Center, commonly the AmSouth Operations Center) is a two-story, 189,125-square foot office building located at 720 39th Street North in North Avondale which is under renovation as the corporate headquarters of O'Neal Steel.

The building was constructed in 1978 as a banking operations and data center for AmSouth Bank. It occupies a a 13.2 acre site with 692 parking spaces and features a two-story atrium lobby. The building was used by AmSouth until 2003 when it was vacated and put up for sale.

In November 2008 O'Neal Steel purchased the property from JP Morgan Chase. In all, the company expects to invest $5.75 million in moving its headquarters offices and training center from older buildings near its manufacturing site on 41st Street North.
