Oak + Raleigh was a 1,900-square foot bar and delicatessen located across from Patriot Park at the corner of Oak Grove Road and Raleigh Avenue in West Homewood. It was owned by Morgan, Molly and Tyler Duncan. It opened on September 2, 2015 after several delays exacerbated by street paving and sidewalk installation on Oak Grove Road. In part because of the inconvenience, the Homewood City Council approved $6,000 in tax abatements for the proposed business.

Oak + Raleigh served deli sandwiches, salads and appetizers featuring house-made ingredients like corned beef brisket and sauerkraut. The restaurant's chef, Neil Ellis, had formerly worked as executive chef and general manager at Chez Lulu in Mountain Brook. Oak + Raleigh also sold some grocery items, packaged meat and prepared casseroles for take-out, and offered a range of wines and ten local beers on tap. Televisions, video games and a shuffleboard table were available for customers in the dining room.

The restaurant closed in June 2016.
