Office Exchange is a technology company that links owners or managers of small-scale vacant office space to potential short-term tenants.

The company was co-founded by Devin Davie, Anthony Grivet, and Robyn Ong in 2020 in Denver, Colorado.

After winning investment capital from the Alabama Futures Fund in 2022 the company agreed to relocate its US headquarters offices to Birmingham.
