Open Door Café was a restaurant located at 1115 Dunston Avenue in the Shops at Crestline Park, by the intersection of Hagood Street in Birmingham's Crestline neighborhood. The menu featured creole dishes and was highlighted by a Sunday jazz brunch. The restaurant also featured live music on weekend evenings. The restaurant's tables were made from old doors.

The restaurant went through at least one management change, and suffered the death of co-owner Robert Hawkins, before closing in 2010. Co-owner Terrill Brazelton went on to become executive chef at Slice Pizza & Brew.
