The Oxmoor Logistics Center is a a 112,500 square-foot warehouse and distribution center being developed by Cushman & Wakefield with EGS Commercial Real Estate at 451 Industrial Drive off of Lakeshore Parkway in Birmingham's Oxmoor neighborhood. The building, which is to be completed in 2018 was designed by Goodwyn Mills & Cawood.
