Pam Siddall

Pam Siddall (born c. 1968 in Phenix City) is vice president of digital strategy for Advance Publications, with offices in Birmingham and New York, New York.

Siddall graduated with highest honors from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia and began her newspaper career at the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer, where she served as chief financial officer. She then became CFO and vice-president of the Macon Telegraph before returning to the Ledger-Enquirer as vice-president and general manager. She was promoted to president and publisher of that paper and remained there for three years before becoming president and publisher of the Wichita Eagle in Wichita, Kansas in 2007.

In January 2010, Siddall was appointed president and publisher of The Birmingham News. She succeeded Victor Hanson III, whose family had controlled the paper since 1910.
