This article is about the Southside apartment building. For the complex in West End, see Park Manor Apartments.

Park Manor Flats (sometimes called Park Manor Apartments) is an apartment building located on the southeast corner of 20th Street and 13th Avenue South near Five Points South. It was constructed in 1925 and is currently owned and managed by Highlands Apartment Communities.

In the mid-1990s Christian terrorist Eric Robert Rudolph used the basement at Park Manor Flats to construct bombs he detonated at Centennial Olympic Park, Otherside Lounge and an abortion clinic in Atlanta, and at the New Woman All Women Clinic in Birmingham.
