Park on Valley Apartments, formerly the Sandpiper Apartments, is a 113-unit apartment complex at 741 Barcelona Court near Homewood Middle School in Birmingham's Glen Iris neighborhood.

Arcan Capital of Atlanta, Georgia acquired the property in early 2019 for $2.59 million. In 2021 the complex was purchased for $8.2 million by an affiliate of a private equity firm which includes J. Matthew Bodnar and Chris Sanders as partners.
