Patriot Midtown Park
Patriot Midtown Park (formerly the SouthTrust Operations Center, Wachovia Operations Center and Wells Fargo Operations Center is a three-building 45-acre office park located at 200, 210 and 220 Wildwood Parkway, north of the Wildwood North shopping center and just west of I-65 in Homewood.
The office park was developed as an operations center for SouthTrust Bank, and was used by its successors Wachovia Bank and Wells Fargo. The complex, with approximately 600,000 square feet of floor space, was acquired by Patriot Equities of Wayne, Pennsylvania in 2017 for $34.4 million, with an agreement from Wells Fargo to lease back a large portion of the development. The new owners renovated exterior spaces, building lobbies and restrooms before putting the remaining space on the market.
