Pho Que Huong

Phở Quê Hương (simplified as Pho Que Huong, translated as "your hometown noodle") was a Vietnamese restaurant located in the Green Springs Center at 430 Green Springs Highway.

The restaurant was opened by in 1998 by Bich Tran and her husband, who since died. Their son, Eric Le, took over the kitchen.

The restaurant survived the first year of the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic, but difficulty in maintaining staffing led the owners to close the business in April 2021.
